Qualitative focus groups with students, online surveys with students, lost students, and non-students, and competitive intelligence on competing schools.

The result: 

A comprehensive report and analysis of the student customer experience across all aspects of enrollment, financial aid, classroom experience, and online experience. The client was able to implement improvements in recruiting, enrollment, financial aid, advertising, and the student experience leading to a dramatic improvement of enrollment and retention numbers.
