We also negotiated an executive package for the current management to transition to the new company. We researched the market, developed a prospectus, solicited indicative offers and managed the negotiation through to closing.

The result: 

A successful transaction, exit strategy for the founders, executive package for the management within the new company. The company was successfully integrated into the larger firm and the manager rose to a senior executive position in a very short period of time.
