The result: 

A comprehensive report and analysis determined that the drivers for new lab facility construction in the private sector were very different from the public sector, the opportunities were more limited in the near term and required more sophisticated marketing and business development tactics. The client avoided chasing a market opportunity that did not exist as perceived and received strategic guidance on how to pursue other opportunities.
